ULTRASOUND : 2D, 3D Colour Doppler, Elastography

Ultrasound is a non-invasive method to look into the body. The test uses sound waves and is free from any radiations thus completely harmless to the patients or fetus. Ultrasound is also used to complement the mammography in case you have dense breasts. We have advanced forms of ultrasound like elastography, 3D, lumiflow and  microdoppler that help us to see and diagnose better.

 

MAMMOGRAPHY : True digital 2D, 3D (Tomosynthesis) & 4D

It is taken as the most acceptable and appropriate test for screening of breast cancer worldwide. It has the capability of detecting cancer in very early stages when you or your doctor can not even feel it. It is used for both screening and diagnostic purposes.

Mammography is also of various types like analog digital (cassette), digital 2D, 3D & 4D. The most advanced versions include 3D and 4D. We have the latest state of the art machine at our centre with capability of performing 3d & 4D scans.
