Cancellation Within 24 Hours of Booking
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of making the booking, the amount paid will be fully refundable.
Cancellation After 24 Hours
Cancellations requested more than 24 hours after the booking was made will be non-refundable.

Once an eligible cancellation request has been verified, the refund will be initiated through the applicable payment method.
